Returns & Exchanges

 

RETURNS:

-To make a return, you must include and fill out the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FORM which was included in your original package, with the merchandise you are returning.
- Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Merchandise must be returned in their original purchase condition with tags attached in order to receive full credit.
- All merchandise returns will be inspected and approved within 5-7 business days starting from the time we receive the item(s). We will send you an email once when we receive the package and also when your return has been processed.
- If the merchandise returned is not in its original condition or the tags are not attached, you will receive a partial store credit depending on the condition of the merchandise returned.
- All shipping and handling fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
- We are not responsible for lost packages so please consider getting delivery confirmation or insurance when returning packages.

**All sale items as wells as earrings and basics are final sale.

EXCHANGES:

- To make an exchange, you must include and fill out the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FORM which was included in your original package, with the merchandise you are exchanging.
- Exchanged merchandise must be in their original purchase condition with tags attached in order to receive full credit.
- A partial store credit will be issued if the exchanged merchandise does not meet the requirements.
- Place another order on AugustWrinkle.com as you would normally.
- Shipping and handling fees will be refunded for domestic orders, once your exchange package has been received and processed by us, usually within 5-7 business days.

GIFTS:

If you are sending a gift, we will include a gift receipt with your order. Let us know in the additional comments section when filling out your shipping information. If you wish to add a special message, you may do so as well and the message will be printed on the gift receipt.

- If you received an August Wrinkle item as a gift without a gift receipt, please email us at: returns@augustwrinkle.com and include the following:
- Your Full Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address/PayPal Email Address
- Name of the Original Purchaser
- Product Number(s) of the item(s) returning
- Further instructions will be given when we reply to your email, within 2-3 business days.

*You must have a valid PayPal account to receive your refund when returning a gift. If you do not, please email us and we will further assist you with your return.
